5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your participation in an activity, the following cancellation policy applies:
    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the activity: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the activity: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the activity: No refund.
  • CHEMINS D ALTITUDE reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
